Upon purchase of your e-Gift Card, an order confirmation will be e-mailed to you with the gift card code, balance, and redemption instructions. Please print and keep this e-mail in a secure location. Customer Support is unable to access information on lost or stolen gift cards, including redemption code or balance. If your smartphone has a virtual wallet, we encourage you to also add and store your e-gift card there as well.
