You earn 1 Key Credit for every $1 spent online or in-store. Key Credits are automatically added to your account after every purchase. Make sure you are logged into your account when shopping online, or provide your email address to our stylists when shopping in-store. And make sure you're using the same email address each time you log into your account.
Yes! We love to celebrate you. You will receive 50 Key Credits automatically on your birthday every year. Keep an eye out for special "Double Credit" events and other exclusive ways to earn throughout the year.
Redeeming is simple. Once you’ve reached a reward threshold, you can apply your credits at checkout:
- 100 Key Credits: Redeem for a $5 discount on your order.
- 250 Key Credits: Redeem for Free Shipping on your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply rewards to an order once it has been placed. Make sure you're logged in to your account to get credit for your purchase. However, your Key Credits don’t go anywhere! You can save them and use them on your very next purchase.
If you return an item, the Key Credits earned from that specific purchase will be deducted from your account balance.
