Shipping Policy:

We are pleased to offer Free ground shipping on all orders, with promo code FREESHIP. Code must be entered upon checkout to receive free shipping, otherwise a $15 ground shipping fee will be charged at checkout. 

Need your order faster? No problem. We offer two expedited shipping options. 2-Day = $28 and Next Day = $50, applied during checkout. To ensure your order is delivered when you need it, we guarantee expedited timelines for orders received by 2:00 PM CST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders submitted after 2:00 PM CST may incur additional delivery time of up to one business day. Orders submitted Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday, and expedited timelines based on Monday shipment.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless merchandise is damaged or defective. 

Store Pickup and Local Delivery:

In-Store and Curbside Pickup, as well as Local Delivery (35601, 35603) are always Free! 

Same-day pickup and local delivery are guaranteed on online orders received by 3:30 PM CST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders received after 3:30 PM CST or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed for pickup or delivered the following business day.

You will receive a notification when your order has been processed and is ready for pickup. Once your order is ready, you may collect it in-store or curbside between 11:00 AM CST and 5:00 PM CST weekdays, and between 11:00 AM CST and 4:00 PM CST Saturdays. Simply call us at 256.355.4349 when you arrive and someone will carry it to your car. In some instances, we may need to verify your purchase, so please have a photo ID handy just incase.
